After marrying his wife and welcoming their second child, Ben joined his father-in-law’s HVAC company. Over nearly 10 years, he learned the trade from the ground up while gaining valuable experience in customer service, system expertise, and business operations.
Those years helped shape Ben’s approach to serving homeowners. He saw firsthand that people value clear communication, dependable workmanship, and a company they can trust in their homes.
Eventually, Ben returned to Virginia Beach and founded Fusion Home Services. Today, Fusion continues to grow while staying true to the values that inspired it from the beginning: hard work, honesty, and putting customers first.
